Meet the beekeeper.

Hi! I’m Jeana Vidacak, and I’m passionate about bees, gardening, and homesteading.

My family and I live on 70 beautiful acres. In 2019, we built our forever home and have been steadily growing our homestead ever since. Each year, my gardening skills improve and so does the size of my garden!

In 2020, I jumped headfirst into beekeeping… and promptly killed all my bees. But I took those hard-learned lessons, made adjustments, and came back stronger the next year.

I truly believe bees are one of the most fascinating creations on this earth, and I love sharing what I’ve learned with others. Educating people about the importance of bees and how to be better beekeepers has become a surprising passion of mine.

I’m also dedicated to creating an accessible bee practice. As a woman with limited upper body strength who works hives alone, I’ve learned to adapt my processes to ensure success — and I’m proud to help others find ways to do the same.
